Pre-Season! June 14 - June 21 Post-Season! Aug 24 - Sept 1

All rooms are $95/night during Week 0 and Week 10 - this is a great way to see the hustle and bustle that occurs behind the scenes of Chautauqua!  And you don't need a Gate Pass OR Parking Pass!

Save 10%

Reservations of 5 weeks or more are eligible for a 10% discount!  This could be one room for 5 consecutive weeks OR 5 different rooms reserved for the same week!!

2025 Reservation Schedule

June 2024 - May 1, 2025: Only week-long, Saturday-Saturday reservations will be taken.  Your ideal week/room taken? Ask to be put on our Waitlist - things can and do change quickly!
May 1 - End of the Season:  Weekly & Nightly reservations will be taken.

Payment Schedule

Fall 2024: All reservations made during the summer will be confirmed
Stays of 2 Weeks or Less:  1/2 Due January 15; 1/2 Due March 15
Stays of 3 Weeks or More: 1/3 Due January 15; 1/3 Due March 15; 1/3 Due June 1

**Reservations made after March 15 will be asked to pay in full upon reservation.**

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations that arrive by March 15th will be refunded all deposits minus $50/week.


After March 15th:

  1.  If a cancellation arrives 14 or more days before the expected arrival date, 50% of the deposits will be returned.
  2. If a cancellation arrives 1-13 days before the expected arrival date, NO refunds will be made.

I reserve the right to change a reservation to a like room to accommodate a longer term stay. You will be notified before a change is made except for stays of 1 to 4 days. 

Nightly Reservations

We begin accepting nightly reservations for the 2025 season on May 1st! Please note that an "X" to the left will then mean that the entire week has been reserved.  The lack of an "X" will mean that some or all of the week is still available.
